MARKETING ANALYSES
We conduct marketing analyses and mapping of suppliers in connection with larger strategic procurement processes, business exposure to competition and outsourcing.
PROCUREMENT ANALYSES
We carry out GAP analyses for enterprises that wish to evaluate their procurement practices against the best practice in the market, and we identify specific measures to reduce expenditures and make essential improvements. We analyse spend data (procurement figures and procurement portfolios), working processes, competence profiles and the current contract portfolio. Based on these analyses we can identify specific measures for improvement and set clear objectives for reducing procurement expenditures.
PROCUREMENT PROGRAMMES
We develop and assist with the implementation of procurement programmes. We use analyses to define efficiency measures and develop plans for their implementation through an interdisciplinary procurement team (category team).
We assist the category teams in carrying out cost saving measures and procurement processes by facilitating new work processes and introducing new support tools and templates.
PROCUREMENT STRATEGIES
We assist enterprises by developing procurement strategies that support the enterprise’s business strategy and create competitive power. We define the procurement organization’s strategic areas of commitment through structured analyses of the business strategy and prepare concrete plans for procurement work. We also work out quantifiable ambitious objectives and set specific dates for their implementation. These objectives are linked to the development of key financial figures and key performance indicators (KPIs).
SUPPLIER DEVELOPMENT
We offer supplier development programmes for enterprises that are looking for new suppliers or wish to further develop existing supplier relations. We prepare demand analyses, define and simplify specifications, develop new collaboration models and outsource suppliers.
RENEGOTIATION PROGRAMMES
We also offer renegotiation programmes for enterprises that want to see potential savings in existing contract portfolios. We revise existing procurement contracts together with key personnel from the organization. We identify and prioritise contracts that indicate great potential for cost savings, or which can increase margins, and make a plan for the renegotiation of these. We will carry out a renegotiation programme with the suppliers during an intensive period of 6-8 weeks and implement new agreements in the organization.
NEGOTIATION SUPPORT
We offer negotiation support to enterprises that seek assistance from experienced negotiators when entering into large contracts. We train the negotiation team in their preparations and ensure that the team has control of the facts and joint goals, and that each individual is well-prepared with his or her tasks in the negotiation room. We are the negotiation manager’s right hand and ensure that the negotiation process is managed well. Through systematic debriefing of the team following negotiations, we contribute with the further development of negotiation skills internally.
ASSISTANCE WITH STRATEGIC AND OPERATIONAL PROCUREMENT
Our trade specialists can support the Head of Procurement with coaching for large procurements, help develop functional specifications and tender documents, assist in comparing and evaluating tenders and handling negotiations.
