Statkraft
- ’The Agder Model’ was developed by Agder Energi in collaboration with Input. The project included the development, announcement and implementation of an outsourcing model for the operation of online services for power companies. Today the model is used by several power plants across the country.
- Input has delivered comprehensive competence programmes to BKK (a power company) and has assisted in the development of tools and processes. We have also carried out a number of direct procurements through managing category teams.

- Input has carried out contracts for collaborating energy companies in the Purchasing Power West Alliance with BKK/Fjordkraft leading the way. This included contracts for heating pumps etc, which is a commercial product for the companies today.
- Input offers Småkraft (a power company) assistance with contracts in connection with their development projects, as well as internal control documents for carrying out the project.
- Input has conducted a due diligence of the commercial contract risk prior to the signing of partnership agreement between Statkraft and Statoil Shearingham Shoal project.
- Commercial project management concerning contracts at the Solkraft Power Plant to Spain and Italy. Input headed the management of procurement on the commercial side, in addition to quality assurance pursuant to the Public Procurement Act.
- Development of procurement strategies for Solkraft to ensure that the commercial processes correspond to the company’s business objectives and that they are in line with Statkraft’s overall procurement policy. The process involves the facilitation of strategy meetings, and shaping of an operational strategy with critical success factors, strategic elements and measures package.
- Input has carried out a GAP analysis on indirect products to Statkraft’s Norwegian operation.   Â
